ON LAND ANCHORING SIMULATOR - The anchoring skills display would be on land in a boat. We would have a anchor simulator set up on land so that participants could actually anchor a boat and also see firsthand what is happening under the water with the anchor and line. Participants would get in a boat on a trailer and drop an anchor onto the ground, a forklift will pull the trailer back allowing the participant to peel out anchor line demonstrating the importance of "scope", and lastly we will have something the anchor sets or "hooks" into. They will also have the ability to "pull" anchor. In addition to the anchoring skills display we will have Cobalt and Malibu models on display as well as information on our "Funshare" boating membership club.
